We always take a handful of hikes in the woods here at Swine Creek Reservation every summer, and every time we visit, we discover a new trail that we didn’t know. While we only took a few hikes this year, we saw many new areas, making it feel like we were exploring new territory. While we never know what we’re going to find each time we explore, we always have fun experiencing it.
Other recreational activities available at the park include swimming, playgrounds, fishing, biking, hiking, and bird watching. While the park is in Geauga County, The Swine Creek Reservation is located in the western part of Ohio and is situated on Swine Creek, and has a stream that connects to Lake Erie. The park also lies on top of a thousand-foot plateau, a perfect place for nature lovers. The park has a splash pad, a playground, and picnic areas with grills. You can go biking, swimming, fishing, and open fields for soccer, football, and baseball.
